Inaugural Baseball5 Japanese National Championship scheduled for 4 February

The inaugural Baseball5 Japanese National Championship is scheduled for Sunday, 4 February.

Eight teams will participate in the adult open category and eight teams will compete for the Youth title.

The competition will include all the players who represented Japan at the inaugural Baseball5 World Cup.

Baseball5 Japan is a programme run jointly by the Baseball Federation of Japan (BFJ) and the Japan Softball Association (JSA).

Samurai Japan, which oversees the Japanese National Teams, will be the title sponsor of the first Japanese Baseball5 National Championship.
