Major League Baseball invites Pakistani Baseball Player, Coach to Academy

Two Pakistani players and one coach have been invited by Major Baseball League USA to get further training in their respective departments.

Mr. Shaukat Javed President Pakistan Federation Baseball allowed the players and coach to attend the Major League Academy.

Syed Khawar Shah Secretary General Pakistan Federation Baseball / Executive Director West Asia Baseball Federation of Asia said that it is the first time that two Pakistani Players Muhammad Hamza (Pitcher), Asad Pervaiz (Batter/Short Stopper) and Nation Coach Musadaq Hanif are going for three weeks training from August 1 – 22, 2013 at Chinese Taipei.

Syed Khawar Shah told that Pakistan Federation Baseball is doing efforts to promote baseball in the country and after getting high class training there would be in better position to served the nation in Baseball.

Mr. Rick Dell Director Baseball Development, Major League Baseball Asia talked with Syed Khawar Shah and said that “it would be a great start in our relationship and an opportunity to grow the game in Pakistan”.
