The registration deadline is Sunday, 23 July. The Chinese Taipei Baseball Association will host the tournament in Tainan from 28 July to 6 August.

Media registration is now open for the VII WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup, scheduled from 28 July to 6 August in Tainan, Taiwan.

The registration deadline is Sunday, 23 July.

All members of the media, both local/national and international, who plan to cover the U-12 Baseball World Cup must apply for accreditation through the official WBSC Media Accreditation online platform at https://my.wbsc.org.

The accreditations procedure starts by clicking on MEDIA ACCREDITATIONS. The online request form needs to be completed, also including a headshot.

Media should accurately indicate their credential pickup location to avoid delays during the distribution.

Once the request is submitted, media members will receive an automated email confirmation that their application has been received.

Another automated message will indicate a "change of status" in the accreditation request.

Media members can check their request status after 23 July by accessing mywbsc.org and clicking SEARCH FOR YOUR ACCREDITATION on the top right of the page. They will then need to enter their name, last name and email address.

International Media, please check accurately if travelling to Taiwan from your country of origin requires a VISA.

The 12 participating teams will start the tournament with a group stage/round-robin.

A pre-tournament press conference will be scheduled. Details will follow at a later stage.

The WBSC will share a protocol for media interviews during the U-12 Baseball World Cup with the accredited media before the tournament opens,
