Media accreditation open for Women's Softball World Cup Finals

All members of the media, both local/national and international (including those who have previously registered for WBSC events), must apply through MyWBSC.org by Friday, July 12.

Media registration is open for the Women's Softball World Cup Finals, which will be played in Castions di Strada, Italy from July 15 to 20. The deadline to register is Friday, July 12.

All members of the media, both local/national and international (including those who have previously registered for WBSC events), who plan to cover the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals, must apply for accreditation through the official WBSC Media Accreditation online platform at https://my.wbsc.org.

The accreditation procedure starts by clicking on MEDIA ACCREDITATIONS. Then, complete the online request form, including a headshot.

Once the request is submitted, media members will receive an automated email confirmation that their application has been received.

Those media intending to cover the event remotely should contact the WBSC Media Department by writing to media@wbsc.org.

Another automated message will indicate a "change of status" in the accreditation request.

Media members can check their request status after the registration deadline, 12 July, by accessing my.wbsc.org and clicking SEARCH FOR YOUR ACCREDITATION on the top right of the page. They will then need to enter their name, last name and email address they have used to register.

A pre-tournament press conference will be scheduled. Details will follow at a later stage.

The WBSC will share a media interview protocol before the Castions di Strada tournament opens.

All WBSC Media Department communications during the Women's Softball World Cup Final will reach the approved media members via e-mail
