WBSC Athletes Summit: Over 350 players from 44 countries participate in Inaugural edition at Olympic House

The event took place at the Olympic House in Lausanne. IOC President Thomas Bach welcomed the participants. Baseball and Softball players from the five Continents joined the panel including Monica Abbott, Timothy Atherton, Randolph Oduber, Ayako Rokkaku, Maria Soto, Vanessa Mui and Giovanni Pantaleoni.

Baseball5 gives hope to Refugee Children at Azraq Camp in Jordan

The second Hope and Dreams Sports Festival gave WBSC President Riccardo Fraccari a chance to witness progress: "It is amazing to see what Baseball5 can do to help the children enjoy their lives in difficult circumstances." A baseball/softball governing body was also affiliated to the Jordan Olympic Committee.

Azraq Refugee Camp: 90 boys & girls play Baseball5 at Open Sports Day

Three teams participated in the U-12 category, eight in the U-14 age brackets, and three competed at the U-16 level, involving 90 boys and girls. The event was in preparation for the Hope and Dreams Sports Festival on 1 May.
