SHORA continues unbeaten eBASEBALL™: POWER PROS run with Tokyo eSports Festa title

All eyes will now be on the WBSC eBASEBALL™ Series 2023 World Finals, scheduled for Saturday, 9 March, in Lausanne, Switzerland, to see who can beat the undefeated SHORA.

Shoma Mori, or SHORA as per his gaming title, maintained his unbeaten WBSC eBASEBALL™: POWER PROS record by claiming the eBASEBALL™ title at the Tokyo eSports Festa, which took place at the Tokyo Big Sight in Japan from 26 to 28 January.

SHORA has never lost an eBASEBALL™ game on the international stage becoming Olympic Virtual Series champion in 2021 before taking out the Olympic Esports Series title last year. He also remained undefeated on his way to qualifying for the WBSC eBASEBALL™ Series 2023 World Finals, which will take place at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland on 9 March.

WBSC eBASEBALL™: POWER PROS was one of six titles selected for the fifth Tokyo eSports Festa, with SHORA defeating Antimon in the final to claim the title.

SHORA and Antimon, two Olympic Esports Series 2023 veterans, advanced to the final day through the online global qualifier. They faced Dekaryu and S, the gamers who finished first and second in the tournament played offline on the same day.
