Tianjin College-Youcheng win Chinese Women's Baseball National Championship

The Tianjin Sports College-Youcheng won China's Women's Baseball National Championship. Shanghai Aosheng finished second, and Shenyang Sports College placed third.

The Chinese Baseball Association held the event's second edition from 15 to 21 July in Xiaoshan Guali, Hangzhou. Five teams participated, including college teams and clubs.

The age of the participating athletes varied from 16 to 40. There was even a mother-daughter pair on one of the teams, with the daughter scoring the mother on an infield single.

Various members of the Chinese National Team, which participated in the Women's Baseball Asia Cup, participated in the National Championship.

The event proved a success despite challenging weather conditions.
