Try Outs for the MLB European Academy will happen in May

Major League Baseball will host in Tirrenia (Italy) from August 1st through August 17th the 8th edition of their Camp for european prospects. It’s the same Camp where the course to the Big Leagues was set in the Summer of 2005 for Alex Liddi.

The 60 players that will attend the Camp will be selected through different try outs throughout the Continent. This is the schedule:

Thursday May 3rd Tirrenia (Italy)
Tuesday May 8th Mainz (Germany)
Wednesday May 9th Haarlem (The Netherlands)
Thursday May 10th Prague (Czech Republic, players from the country only)
Friday May 11th Prague (Czech Republic)
