VII WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup: Super Round to take off on Thursday, 3 August

Asian powerhouses Japan and Korea will play the first game at 11.00 local time. The top two finishers will play for the world title on Sunday, 6 August.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) and the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the VII WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup revealed the schedule of the Super Round. The three daily games are all scheduled at the main stadium of the Asia Pacific International Baseball Complex in Tainan, Taiwan.

The Super Round will open at 11.00 local time on Thursday, 3 August, with the clash of Asian powerhouses Korea and Japan. Venezuela will play the United States at 14.30, and Chinese Taipei will face the Dominican Republic at 19.00.

The top two finishers of the Super Round will play for the U-12 world title, while the third and fourth-place finishers will compete for the bronze medal.

Tainan will host the finals on Sunday, 6 August. The bronze medal game is scheduled at 14.30. The World Championship game's first pitch is at 18.30.

The awarding ceremony will follow right after the final.
