WBSC eBASEBALL™ Series 2023 World Finals: Two qualification tournaments set for November

The two eBASEBALL™ Series World Finals qualification events include a major offline tournament in North Carolina, USA on 4 November, which will determine the second of four finalists.

The qualification process for the WBSC eBASEBALL™ Series World Finals 2023 gets into full swing in November with two out of the three qualification tournaments taking place on 4 and 5 November respectively.

The USA eBASEBALL™ Finals - an offline tournament in North Carolina - is the showpiece event this weekend with the top four USA players from the USA eBASEBALL™ Cup - an online tournament held earlier in October - competing for one place in the WBSC eBASEBALL™ Series World Finals 2023. Fans can watch every minute of the USA eBASEBALL™ Finals on the WBSC OTT Channel GameTime as well as on the WBSC YouTube channel.

Since September 25, six events have already taken place starting with the WBSC Open in September, followed by the USA eBASEBALL™ Cup and another WBSC Open. The Finland Baseball Softball Cup and the FIBS Cup were also held in October.

The sixth event was the Online Qualifier held on 22 October, where the winners of the WBSC Open tournaments faced off with Olympic eSport Series and Olympic Virtual Series champion Shora defeating Dolls to advance to the World Finals.

The two remaining qualifying events will be held on 4 and 5 November. The USA eBASEBALL™ Finals 2023 - the only offline tournament - will be held on Saturday, 4 November and will qualify the second participant to the World Finals.

The final qualifier on 5 November is between the winners of the Finland Baseball Softball Cup and the FIBS Cup. The fourth and final spot will be given to a wild card participant.

The WBSC eBASEBALL™ Series, which was launched at the renowned Tokyo Game Show in September, is open to anyone to participate online on the highly successful WBSC eBASEBALL™: POWER PROS with the 2023 edition culminating with World Finals.

The 2024 edition will conclude with the ePremier12™ - a live event due to take place during the WBSC’s flagship tournament the Premier12™ in Tokyo, Japan.
