The newly formed World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe (WBSC Europe) and Sportradar have partnered to deliver live and on-demand Over-the-Top (OTT) video streaming of a number of European baseball and softball events.
The deal is the first partnership for WBSC Europe following last week’s historic merger of the European Softball Federation (ESF) and Confederation of European Baseball (CEB).
Sportradar Managing Director of OTT, Rainer Geier said: “This new initiative will help enhance the popularity and visibility of both softball and baseball across Europe with both live and on-demand broadcasts and video content available for fans.”
