WBSC Legacy Club

On April 6^th, 2023, the WBSC presented its Legacy Club. The day was chosen to commemorate the United Nations International Day of Sport for Development and Peace acknowledging the role that sports plays in driving social change. Sports bring people together building cooperative and healthy communities, promoting peace and overcoming cultural barriers helping to make the world a better place to live.

Mission
The WBSC is committed to bridge cultural gaps and improve standards of education, health, and economic and social development around the world using baseball/softball as a tool for humanitarian and legacy initiatives. Legacy is the gift that the WBSC is aiming to donate to the world by growing our sport and make it relevant in people’s lives and in their communities leaving a long-lasting impact to the WBSC Family, event hosts, and the generations to come.
