TAICHUNG. The XXVI 18U Baseball World Cup is battling the rain on day of the competition in Taichung. The Friday morning games at Taichung City Stadium and Dou-Liou Stadium had to be re-scheduled.

• Game #2 Japan vs. Canada was moved from 9am to 2pm at Taichung City Stadium.
• Game #1 Venezuela vs. Czech Republic was moved from 9am to 11.30am at Dou-Liou Stadium, but is again in a rain delay.
• Game #4 Australia vs. Cuba was moved from 1.30pm to 4pm at Dou-Liou Stadium, but the starting time is uncertain due to the aforementioned rain delay of Game #1.
• Game #5 Colombia vs. USA was moved from 1.30pm to 6pm at Taichung City Stadium.
• Game #3 Italy vs. Korea was moved from 12.30pm to 2pm at Intercontinental Stadium.
• The status of Game #6 Chinese Taipei vs. Mexicoscheduled at 7pm at Intercontinental Stadium has to be determined.
