Bats lead Cuba to big win over Czechia

Cuba scored 18 times to beat Czechia and improve 2-0 at the WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup in Hermosillo, Mexico.

Cuba improved to 2-0 behind a strong offense that allowed them to beat Czechia, 18-2, on the second day of the V WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup 2022.

Maikol Rodriguez had a home run and 4 RBIs, while Alejandro Cruz and Pedro Danguillecort both had 3 RBIs, which put Cuba at 2-0 in the tournament.

Czechia is 0-1 and tomorrow will face Chinese Taipei, while Cuba, 2-0, will be back in action on Tuesday and will also face Chinese Taipei.
